If you would like to leave a specific dollar amount to Our Kids, please provide the following language to your attorney or financial advisor.

(Federal Tax Identification Number 58-1830327) with its current principal business address of 1804 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN 37203 for its general purposes. In the event that Our Kids, Inc. is no longer in existence at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath $_____ to a 501(c)(3) charity located in Middle Tennessee that is dedicated to addressing child sexual abuse for the organization’s general purposes.

Please send signed Declaration of Support Letters to your local Society Estate and Asset Services Director so that Our Kids can continue to provide hope, help and healing to children and families of child sexual abuse.
