Our Kids Executive Director

For more than 30 years, Sue Fort White has mobilized resources for underserved populations, including victims of domestic violence, teens and families in crisis, children in foster care and families affected by child sexual abuse. Sue’s work at Our Kids starting in 2006 was a natural progression of her deep commitment to social justice and her desire to connect children and families with the services they need. Lisa Milam, M.A., DSW, LCSW

Social Worker, Expansion Director

Lisa Milam has served as a social worker at Our Kids since 1992. She earned her masters in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and her masters and doctorate degrees in social work from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work. Click here to read more about Lisa.

Hollye Gallion, RN, MSN

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Clinic Director

A pediatric nurse practitioner since 1997, Hollye Gallion has served Our Kids in this capacity since 2000. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at Belmont University. She has conducted training at national conferences and serves as lead investigator on medical research at Our Kids. Click here to read more about Hollye.

Denise Alexander, MSSW

Social Worker

Denise joined Our Kids in 2000, bringing 30 years of experience in child welfare in areas including service provision, research, training, development and delivery on both the statewide and national levels. She has presented her work in training development and quality assurance nationally, has a masters in social work and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
