The Steaming Goat Food Truck mixes things up this year with their very own invention: BreakerBean soup. Chef Jeff Romstedt is known for making spinach and white bean soup while camping in the Catskills. On one trip, he added leftover ham steak from breakfast, letting it slow simmer all morning. It was a hit, and he gave it the name “BreakerBean” to pay homage to the nearby small town of Breakabeen, New York, where he always visits the general store to gather ingredients.
